Unable To Retrieve Information From Origin Error

@Lord-Ziul Hey, are you still getting that error with the co-op? That may be a tougher one with Origin. Have you swapped to the EA App instead of using Origin?

i have this problem too but did not used to. the one on the EA app has the error message Cannot retrieve information from Origin. Steam also has this problem. there is no way to get Mark V parts unless this system works. co op seems to still work but not the dlc menu that is used for buying Mark V parts with ration seals. i dont know of any workaround.

Thanks for the attention. Well, I'm already using the EA App. I will check on the CO-OP problem with a friend later. BUT the MOST pressing matter is the Downladable Content to which I don't have access. I keep getting the same message: "Cannot retrieve information from Origin".  Will you EA guys fix it??

@Tahu-Umbra Are you playing mainly on Steam or can you launch it through the EA App without logging into Steam?

both can launch and work. i have played on both but the problem still remains with no dlc menu working with the error message. I had the EA app version work once before but that was before origin disappeared. now both versions have the Cannot retrieve information from Origin message. i tried it on another computer and it did not work on either one. this is a widespread problem that is not limited to just me but a lot of other people with no clear solution. Co op still functions fine but the store ingame does not.

In my case, I launch it through EA App but the steam app will pop up and log in. After all, I bought the game via steam. I get the messages as @Tahu-Umbra has shown: "Cannot retrieve information from Origin".

I am also having the same issue. I have already submitted a help case for this issue, but I fear that I may have selected the wrong category for it, and fear that I will not get the solution needed in that regard. I also have a screenshot of the message; this is when I try to access the DLC from the main menu. This happens no matter if the game is launched via Steam or the EA App. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, as we currently cannot access the DLC that we have paid for. Please and thank you!

I am going to test it through the EA App and through Steam to see if i can get the same as yall are. Are downloading all the addons from the addon drop down itself in the EA App or from within the game?
