Videos are not displayed

That's about it. Dead Space 2 works good so far, but any video content used in the game does not work. For example, insted of the intro cutscene when Isaac talks to Nikole I have not video or sound, only subtitles. When it comes to the cutscene based on the game engie, the screen that is supposed to display the videofile is empty. Coming back before starting the campaign - I can't even watch the video about what happened in the previous game from the main menu; it just does not show anything.
