Pc update? I've got nothing on the Xbox

How is it possible, on PC, that the first patch over TWO WEEKS after release did not patch some of the most obvious problems? Such as the door sound suttering? How can you even call it a update? Update for what? Preparation for the DLC I bet. At least patch notes maybe? Oh no, that would be bad, cause within there would be little to no fixes... They would only serve as evidence to show that NOTHING was fixed.
Oh my, excuse the rage-filled outburst. My patience is simply wearing thiner day after day.
And main menu is still messed up.
