Why cant i play Dead Space 2 from my EA play membership?

I see the option to install Dead Space 2 using my EA play membership. However, when i download, and try to run the game, it crashes. Without any error notifications. Also, Verifying gamefiles doesnt ...

Hey @KR1MES Thanks for that taking a look. One question, I see you have a dedicated Intel GPU along with an Nvidia GPU. Can you check and see when launching a game which GPU your system tries to run it off of? You can follow the steps here!

    @EA_Shepard Hey, I defaulted the game to run off of the Nvidia GPU. It still shows a zoomed-in black screen as soon as i try launching the game. The screen then resets and the game disappears from the task manager.
