Xbox X dead space 3 cant connect to server

Question

I bought dead space 3 just so i could get season pass, so can play coop. it is download and installed. I have tried all suggestions, change privacy setting, unplug modem, clear network settings, unplug xbox and so on and so on. Changed password in EA account at wits end. Nothing works. I get message can not connect to ea servers. So am I just out the 20 bucks. Yikes I'm way to old for this kind of stuff my 79 year old brain can't handle it. Any super secret solution would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Bob

I’ve made an EA account but it won’t let me connect on deadspace 3&nbsp;@EA_Illium&nbsp;

Same. Can't connect personally but my friend had no issue.

It's funny because he can send me an invite through EA and I can open it in app, but it just tells me it's not connected server. lol
