I saw this happen to my wife last night on the X1.

Exact same spot.

If you let it sit for a minute or so, the "Skip" button appears in the lower left (X on X1, not sure on PS4).

If you hit it then it advances.

I'm not sure if you hit the "Skip" button earlier if it removes the wait, but I do know that it works once it has sat for awhile and appears.
