20/21 regions in exalted plains
I've been all around this map but can't seem to find the last region... Has anyone gotten 21/21 regions here or is it bugged?

It appears to be bugged.
I had the 1 region come up but never could get credit for it.
The one area south of Northern Ramparts, after bridge it appears programers raised the land mass but did not raise the marker level.
If you ping around you will see some items are also below ground level and you can not pick them up.
Yeah add me to the list. It really bugged me for the rest of my 105 hour play through and must have run through the region 10 times at least trying to get it completed.
