3rd Astarium in Hinterlands unsolvable?

So I was able to do the first two Astariums in the HInterlands no problem. However, when I get to the 3rd one it seems uncompleteable. the picture I must create has 17 stars in it and yet there are only 16 stars for me to link up, as well one of them is so far out of alignment there's no possible way for me to figure out how to even come remotely close to the hint given. Has anyone else gotten this collection done in the Hinterlands? I'm attaching a pic link for reference.

Ignore the extra stars, they are only there for the finished product.
Start on one of the wings and make the circle head before creating the tail.
Edit; Scroll the screen a bit by click sspace and dragging, I know it is bizarre but thats how you do it

omg thx bunches ...didn't realize I had to scroll up and down to complete this. the first two didn't require this at all. got it done now :D
