4k Resolution

Hello everybody, I have a 4k resolution monitor but the 4k resolution is simply not showing in the display (or graphic) menu. Is it because my rig is not powerful enough (though it should be) ? i7-9...

Your PC is better than mine and I can get up to 5K. The menu is a bit confusing, though. You have to scroll left to go to the higher resolutions instead of right.

If you really can't change it in game, you can try and edit your ProfileOptions_profile file directly. This is located under Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save. Use any text editor you like.

The lines you want to change are the following (this examples assumes a 1080p resolution):

GstRender.ResolutionHeight 1080

GstRender.ResolutionWidth 1920

For a standard 4K resolution, change to:

GstRender.ResolutionHeight 2160

GstRender.ResolutionWidth 3840

Yes, I know about the menu. But when I go left, I just hit a wall at 1920*1080. But I think it is possible 4k resolution is not available because my other monitor is not 4k. I'll give try to editing the file. Thanks.

Tried it in fullscreen and windowed borderless mode, the game reverts back to 2k resolution. Probably because of the second monitor.
