Accidentally bought a second copy of the game
I meant to buy it for a friend, but apparently this isn't possible. Can someone help me either a) figure out how to gift it or b) get a refund? Thank you. Marie (birdsuit @ origin)

If you have passed 7 days limit and have of not opening the game, Or passed 24 hours of the games first launch limit, you can not request a refund. Read the Origin Great Game Guarantee Policy to see if you are eligible for a refund: Click this link
