Achievement not Unlocking (PC)
Dragons' Bane dont opened after killing all 10 dragons for me. On Burning Wings I have Dragon in the end on my side. But it is Morrigan. BUT! This is gragon. And no Achievement)

Are you sure you've killed 10 High dragons? and also with the achievement On Burning Wings you need to drink from the fountain not Morrigan
too bad about second. I already know this. No description confused me earlier.
But yes. I kill all 10 and have full ended quest in journal. I have only 2 buged quests - talk to woman in Emprise du Lion. (bcs i judged her earlier XD)
And second is "Hinterlands Tapestry Requisition" bug. No enemies on high lvl in thi map.
And no saves to killing dragon for reload achievement like someone does.
This is a known bug. I still can't get this to unlock, even after reloading saves multiple times on PC.
I hear a lot of people got it to pop in their second playthrough, so I'm going to try that. I also can't get Demonslayer or Pathfinder, those are both bugged for me as well.

Interesting you mention that, I managed to get demonslayer without an issues though on the other end I do have measuring the veil bugged in my journal, just have to wait for fix for some of these achievements / quests.
- This dragon trophy is definitely bugged. I had to start a new game and kill the hinterlands dragon again to get it to pop. Some people have managed it by reloading a dragon already killed but that didn't work on mine. I wish you luck
