I see you have two identical hard drives. What happens if you install the game to your other drive? Or, since the issue is triggered by saving the game, if you just move the save folder to the other drive? This would rule out a hard drive issue.
To move the save folder, it's probably easiest just to move the entire Documents folder. Here's how you do that: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/redirect-folder-new-location#1TC=windows-7

@zalako Do you actually have 2 separate hard drives, or do you have one which is partitioned into two? Not sure how that would show up on a dxdiag, but given their odd sizes and identical model, I thought it was worth checking. If you have one hard drive partitioned, moving the save folder unfortunately won't rule out an issue with the hard drive.
