PC. Dragon Age Keep itself synchronized just fine, account logged in, internet is fine. But there is no option to transfer world state then starting a new game. Restarting game/pc/launcher/keep or all of the connections not helping. It's like the game can't see the Keep for some reason.
I have the same issue on PC. I have tried multiple troubleshooting tasks and all looks as it should. Any suggestions as to what could be the issue?
Having the same issue. I'm going to be pissed if they killed the Keep, knowing full well that people still play Inquisition.
Having the same issue. I just wanted to replay the game bc I'm sad about BioWare officially being killed by EA. But my world state will not load, I've been trying everything. And it seems like this has been an issue forever that they haven't fixed, and now probably never will. It's salt in the wound man. What's the point of playing DAI if you can only use the default state???
I'm having this problem too. I made a fresh new world state in the Keep, made sure to lock and export it, and when I run Inquisition, it doesn't sync with the Keep at all. Default world state only. Even if Inquisition stays technically playable, what the hell even is Dragon Age without player choices and customization?

Yeah this was why I'd have prefered an offline keep to import into DAI but until we get one this online thing is all w ehave really
Also looking for help with this. I've yet to find anyone offering a solution so I am thinking this is an EA server issue. With the shutdown, I wouldn't be surprised if the people responsible for fixing it are gone. If so, the only solution is a community one. It's a sad day when your fanbase has to create work arounds for your own product. It's never really about the fans, is it?

Also been having the same issue since I tried to start a new game 2 days ago. Game says its connecting to the servers and I am logged in but the world state isn't showing, just the default. If they have killed the Keep then I wish they would just be upfront and announce it.
I'm experiencing the exact same problem. I can access the Keep just fine on the browser, but the game on Steam/Origin doesn't even try to sync with the Keep and only offers me the Default World State when creating a new character. This needs to be fixed
