All AMD system unable to play Dragon Age with DirectX

Greetings, Ever since the game has launched I have been unable to play the game at all using DirectX.  I can play any other game out there but for some reason I get maybe 2 or 3 seconds of actually ...

Hum, no responses to this.  Not good.  I've quit playing the game.  If you can fix this thing maybe I will return.  This is horrible.
