another PhysXLoader.dll error-desperate for help

hi everyone,

am desperate for some help-have already done a lot of searching but have got a bit confused and want to make sure am not going to screw up the laptop.

am getting the error about the PhysXLoader.dll being missing.

 obviously its not the best laptop,but its running modern [this years] graphics intensive games quite well like goat simulator,and woud be very greatful if anyone coud simplify what to do,cheers!
