answer hq is no help

my game crashes at loading and i can not find any thing or any one that can help what happend to the days of calling someone  a real person that could help you i might never buy a game from this company again

  • @w0z0wski; This is a user-to-user "Answer" site.  The EA staff only occasionally pop-in.  The EA Support site you've already used is the only "official" help.  I've always had better luck with the "Live Chat" option than the email one, but have always received an response.  And, (although sometimes I've had to be persistent and make multiple requests) I have always had my issue resolved satisfactorily. 😕mileyhappy:

(Well, except one.  I had purchased ME3 directly from the EA/Origin Store, and was supposed to receive a code for a free download of the behind-the-scenes "ME3 - The Final Hours".  Never did get that one. 😕mileysad: )

    Hi wizard1sgv,

Answer HQ is for players to share their knowledge and help each other whenever possible but we know that sometimes you need a profesional. When you wish to contact an EA Game advisor, please do the following:

    1. Go to https://help.ea.com/ and log in to your Origin account.
    2. Click on the "Contac us. Get back in the game" button.
    3. Select the appropriate information for each of the following options:
    • Product (Game title)
    • Category (Type of issues
    • Platform (Version of the game)

Once this steps are completed, the available contact options will become visible.

    We hope that helps.

    Thanks,

    Eve

How long does a standard reply take please?

I asked a question about a sound issue I am having with Dragon Origins seven days ago here and five days ago via the EA help and all I've got is a 'we have your quiery message'.
