any update and or timetable on black emporium mirror?

my inquisitor's voice did not change back after 2nd patch and i don't have a save b4 meeting hawke. @biomarkdarrah said they were looking into something like the black emporium mirror that would allow the inquisitor's voice 2 be changed. I want 2 know are there any updates and a timetable on this? I do not want to start over or continue with an annoying voice.
