Are Dragon Age 2'saved games in the cloud?

Hello, I recently had a computer dying on me so I got a new one. Promptly reinstalled Dragon Age 2 and trusted that the cloud saves would have been available to me. Surprisingly, Origin isn't down...

Dragon age 2 doesn't have cloud saving enabled for some reason. Which is kind of odd considering they are for DA1.
