Are updates to this game still in the realm of possibility?

I have some ideas that I have seen discussed on several other pages about an update to make some armor available for use/craft. The attached file shows Abelas' armor from the Temple of Mythal. After this quest you have the war table operations to bring back some arms and armor from the Arbor Wilds. (Krem and the Chargers) Well if it's possible to update, a schematic for the armor to craft would be an awesome reward for the players who choose to play as an elf. As one of those players, I really would appreciate getting a taste of what my elven ancestors used as armor and weapons. A taste of our forgotten history. So are updates possible? That's my question
