Audio bug in The Stone Prisoner DLC

I am playing on PC and using Windows 10. Everything is up to date.

In Honnleath, when getting Shale, neither Shale's nor Leliana's audio files are triggering. The sound cuts out completely. I can enable subtitles and see what they're supposed to be saying, and their mouths are moving correctly, but the audio is missing. I also had this happen in Broken Circle with Shale's nightmare in The Fade. Her audio is working fine (*Edit*) in other conversations (i.e. Carroll, and meeting Greagoir to kick off Broken Circle). So far, these are the only two places I've seen this. I'll update as I keep playing. 

My dwarf Warden brought Shale into her party back in December and everything was working fine then. When my elf Warden tried to bring her into his party a few days ago, the audio issue popped up. It was the dwarf who had her audio cut out in the Fade a few minutes ago, so I can't even say this is only happening for certain Wardens.

*Update: Her conversations in camp are also not working.

    @KayaniAmber Did you try the repair option from your game library in Origin already? Did you add any game mods or have any other system changes since the time the audio was still working fine?

    I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and ran the repair tool, and reinstalled some mods, but not all (I left out Natural Bodies and Better Sex Scenes). I've already been through the usual "try to fix this without submitting a bug report" routes.

    @KayaniAmber My experience with mods is very limited unfortunately, but you might have to troubleshoot and find whether one of the mods might be causing the problem. First disable all of them and run the game vanilla to see if the issue is gone. If it persists then you know it's not one of the mods, but if that fixed things you'll have to test enabling mods one at a time to find which one is causing the problem.

    I have not added any new mods since October. If anything, I'm running fewer mods. This is not a mod issue and I don't have any mods that affect Shale in any way, let alone her voice. It possible this is somehow tied to a Windows update, but it seems odd that it would only affect one character. Again, I've already been through these steps and already ruled out mod interference.
