Auto-loot and library creationg tools for character and environment mods

a)In DA2 Kirkwall, I loved the single button to loot everything at once. It made inventory management less tedious. (Thank god I am not an accountant.)

Is there an auto-loot function available? Can an add-on be programmed?

b)I was trying to play, but found it too difficult on normal settings, so I needed to make a new character and set it on easy.

This time, creating a male human, I cannot find a monobrow. It would be nice to make a character as ugly as myself!

Where can I find mod tools? Has Bioware release such a package like for Dragon Age Origins?
