Bad texture pop in (PS4 Pro)

1.Textures in the PS4 pro menu on the red flags is not rendered properly and when it does it has black blocks on it.

2.During game play textures in some areas don't load in at all. Items such as vehicles or petrol tanks are often culprits. Some ground textures are far lower in detail than others too. Some players may not notice this however, players playing on a 4k tv will see that it stands out badly. I don't have any pictures. However, it's your job to research and fix these things. The best way to describe it is some textures look the pc equivalent of high and others just haven't rendered and look worse than low settings on pc.

3.If this was a choice for the console versions in order to save on performance....don't...it makes the game look like crap in areas on console. This was never a problem before as my eyes pick up on muddy textures in games very well.
