Bann Loren's lands STILL NOT SHOWING UP IN MAP!

I've read every thread and tried every last trick. I've spent the better part of today trying my best to go through all the various trouble shooting threads. Bann Loren's Lands are STILL not showing ...

How did you install the DLC, through Origin or via the downloadable link on this page?

Manually through the Bioware social network. I purchased it here http://social.bioware.com/page/da1-dlc then downloaded it through My Games -> Registered Game Content. Then I installed both the offer file and addin through daupdater.exe located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age\bin_ship
I have screen shots showing that the offer files are sitting in "C:\Users\(username)\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\Offers" and that the actual content is sitting in "C:\Users\(username)\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\AddIns" I'll need to edit them as my username is my real name. But if it helps I will do it.

  If you check your daorigins.exe, then properties> Details, what product version are you using?
  
  If it's not 1.05 please use the patch from here: https://social.bioware.com/page/da-patches
