Best Served Cold Quest
I have tried several ways to find the note from Best Served Cold Quest with no luck, i have tried everything to get the note i will be damned if i have to start this game over again, could someone please help. Thanks

The way this should work is if you open the quest log
Toggle the setting between “Show All Targets” and “Show Only Active Targets”
You want to “Show Only Active Targets”; otherwise, it will show markers for all uncompleted quests
