Bianca upgrade

In Haven, while at level 3, I bought 2 upgrades for Bianca. But when I go to the forge I do not have the option to upgrade !

    Also if you're at the forge make sure you swap your highlighted character to Varric, so that you can see Bianca to apply the upgrade.

Are you sure they were not upgrade schematics? For those you need to build them yourself at the weapon crafting place.
