Bioware Social Network not fully updating player profile - Dragon age Origins

So I have something funny going on with my Bioware Social Network player profile. If I click on my player profile I can see 'Statistics' and 'characters' subtitles. However the stats and two characters shown are long out of date. now I would normally jump to the conclusion the BSN wasn't updating my profile, but if I go into profile diagnostics all the characters listed are ones I'm currently using, and if I create a new character, the new name is added to the list. So it seems that the front page of my Dragon age origins player profiles is not updating, but my data is still being uploaded. On the dragon age Inquisition Keep it can only detect the two characters that no longer exist in my game at all. What is going on and how do i fix this? Help me!
