Blackwall not showing up in Hinterlands.

Hello.

When i go to try and recruit Blackwall in the Hinterlands he doesn't appear by the cabin.

I tried repairing my original installation and when that didn't work i reinstalled the game, still no Blackwall.

This is a new issue, since when i bought the game i could recruit him fine with this exact setup.

OS : W10

GPU : Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 

CPU : Intel i5-4670

Any tips?
