Blackwall's "Revelations" Inner Circle quest not triggering

So for some random reason... Cullen's inner circle quest "Perseverance" triggered by itself. Hopefully, Blackwall's will trigger on its own too.....

You have to talk with Blackwall, once you get conversantion in tavern about a dog that was killed, then his quest starts

Which tavern do you speak of?

I've pretty much drained out all his conversation options... All i have left are "What do you think about the inquisition" and "Goodbye" ....

Not in tavern. After adamant fortress, once you speak with him in stables, he should offer a drink and talk about a dog then he dissapears. Either you have a bug, or not enough approval.

The only time I pissed him off was from exiling the Grey Warden's which resulted in he, "Greatly Dissaproves". I've completed all his other quests (especially 'Memories of the Grey' which rewarded me with 5-10 "Greatly Approved") so this is definitely a bug...
