Blood Dragon Armor will not download in game

Hi, I've installed the blood dragon armour on origin as part as the ultimate edition and when I try to download it via the downloadable content in the journal (in game) it says 'sorry your request can not be completed at this time, please try again later.' I have tried many times hours later and still wouldn't work! Is there any way to uninstall and reinstall or am I doing something wrong?

If your platform is PC, try the "manual" process described here.

That post was for DA2 DLC, but the steps are the same.

Hey i got the Blood Armour When i bought the game , now i cant load the game because it says blood armour is missing .
Any fix for this or do i have to get another armour?

I think i killed a dragon or two last time i played , are my saves kept in the cloud?

Tried adding it with a script via the console , nothing seems to be working , I guess my Dao Journey ends here .What a shame
