Bought DAI and all the dlc but I cant enjoy it

Ok so heres my situation, I bought DAI and all its dlc but decided to go back and play DAO and DA2 to get the full experience. (I did this all on an Xbox Series) After several weeks to about a month I managed to beat both games and was so hyped to finally start DAI and only to find out I needed to use Dragon Age Keep to transfer my world state. I was annoyed but I went ahead and tried only to see Dragon Age Keep was down so I posted here and waited about a week and it was up again.

However I ran into one big issue, turns out the EA account that was linked to my Microsoft account was using a super old Gmail that I no longer had access to. I tried to log into that gmail account but I didnt have the password and resetting it was not an option so I made a whole new EA account and tried to link it to my Xbox so I could finally play DAI only to be met with the message that only one EA account could be linked to only one Xbox account in its lifetime.

For the past week I've tried to get EA to unlink that old Gmail account so I can link my new EA account to my Xbox account and finally use Dragon Age Keep to upload my world state and play DAI but EA help has ironically been no help at all. I opened a case only for it to be marked Resolved with no communication from EA at all so here I am. If anyone has any tips or just knows how tf to get in touch with anyone at EA Id greatly appreciate it cause I just wanna enjoy the game I paid for.

    I can't say if this is still possible for EA help, but to try you need to go into a life help chat with an adviser.

        1. In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".  
        2. Click on "See all Help Topics".
        3. Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"  
        4. Choose "Chat with us".

    You CAN play DA: I as long as the game fully loads and connects to the EA DA: I Servers.  I received the entire Dragon Age: Inquisition game with all DLCs about 9 months ago from Epic Games for free! I never even heard of Dragon Age anything which also means I never played any of the predecessors or saved anything to the Dragon Age Keep! I have played DA: I completely through far more than 10 times now with trying different Inquisitor Races, Classes, Professions, and Specializations. Nightmare level with Trials (Walk Slowly & The Grizzly End) activated is a freaking blast but prone to be a little buggy!

    I launch the game with my Epic Games Launcher, then wait for it to connect to the EA Servers before the BioWare DA: I Main Menu Window appears and simply select CONTINUE if I had a game crash and hope the game progress was properly saved seconds before the crash or select LOAD if I experienced a "Sit in Judgement" (known black screen bug - save game immediately before sitting for a workaround) Also save game immediately before talking to Cullen for the first time in Skyhold (another black screen bug). 

    Just do like I do and ignore the Dragon Age Keep saved World State and play the game using the DEFAULT WORLD Setting.

    Good luck with getting EA to unlink your old email address from your X-Box Account. I've never had an X-Box, never played on one, and don't even know anybody who has; but it occurred to me - If you can't get EA to unlink your old EA email address from your X-Box account, try contacting X-Box Support and see if they can unlink the EA account from their side or help you transfer everything to a NEW X-Box account for use with the NEW EA Account.
