Broken Quests. "One Venatori Less" "Unfinished Business"

Hello,  I actually have some issues with two quests in Dragon Age : Inquisition. First, "One Venatori Less". I have to kill some bad guys groups, i killed two of them and it's impossible to find the...

Did you go to the locations to verify if they don't spawn vs. dont function for "Unfinished Business"?

For "One less Venitori," the 3rd is not in Hinterlands, it's in Exalted Plains.
