[Bug] DA:I not opening Origen

Question

over the last 5 days(11/05/2015) I have been unable to open Dragon age I know that my computer has the specifications as I have been playing for 2 months I have tried updating drivers, Un-installing and reinstalling again as it started after I tried downloading so DLC. but every time I try and open it, it gets past the sycincing cloud data and then a black screen with the loading sign in the bottom right. Please help.

You could try Repairingthe game, and also try tunning DAI under a clean boot.

You can disable the cloud saves and run from your local saves. In Origin, mouse over DAI, click the gray i icon, click the Cloud Storage tab, and then untick the Enable Cloud Starage option. (Copy your local saves first to a new folder to back them up, for safety!)

Thanks but I have just tried both of them and it is still not even getting to the loading screen. (sorry I am on a different account)

Look to see if there are any viruses that are effecting launch. I hade the same problem till I found one called umbrella
