[BUG] Game Crash @Griffon Wing Keep

Not sure where exactly to report bugs, but here goes

Playing DA:I on PC (i7 4770k, CF R9 280Xs, Win 8.1, Catalyst Omega drivers). In the Western Approach area, whenever I attempt to use the Equip Potions bench in Griffon Wing Keep, the game crashes to desktop. No error messages or anything. Anyone else facing a similar issue, or have any fixes?

I'll just load up my save at Griffon Wing Keep, try to use the bench and.... It worked fine. How anti-climactic. 🙂

In that case before we go any further can you try repairing the game from within Origin? You can get the repair option by right-clicking the game panel in Origin.
