Bug in Dalish Camp

At least, I think it's a bug. In the Exalted Plains, I've met up with the Dalish and have spoken to several, acquiring quests. However, once I complete each quest, I can't get anyone in the camp to ...

No, they started to acknowledge, with the dialogue wheel appearing, but no options on that wheel. it resolved, however, when I exited from the game and rebooted. They spoke with me then. FYI - I had the quests done; the teen's sister finally spoke, the elf who wanted to join spoke, etc. There was a glitch that resolved after rebooting the game.

I don't believe they really acknowledge you completing each quest, only when you've done enough to gain their trust. You also have to turn in some quests to the chest of supplies, not to the person with the shopping list. They won't really deem you worth their time until you've helped the clan enough, and then they don't talk to you after except for brief greetings.
