Bug in the quest Urn of Sacred ashes - GAuntlet a Test of faith

Hi guys,
 can anyone help me with this problem?  Iam going through the Urn of Sacred ashes quest( Dragon age Origins)- went to Gauntlet did second trial but the door which goes to the third trial isn´t opening for me. Is it bug or should I do anything else there except winning  a battle with spirit counterparts of the party? Should I have any special item for it ? I already exit the location and came back twice but nothing changed
