bug in wicked eyes and wicked hearts bug

whilst playing through the wicked eyes and wicked hearts quest i get to a point where i need to find "harlequin" once i do, and i can tell its him because tactical view shows this, i kill him and the...

whilst experimenting with reasons why this could be the case it was because of dorian, who i built as a necromancer, using spirit mark onn the harlequin every time i fought it and once defeated instead of a cutscene i got a spirit of it. this is mostly just a guess as i disabled the ability and it worked the first time i tried it without it, i would guess its that but it could just be the game finally working

I spend the same solution: do not use Dorian.
Now I can not finish the mission, to kill the Duchess nothing happens ... HELP !!

i have the same exact problem. I have killed her twice now and I can't seem to get out of the courtyard it still tells me to confront her. It is so annoying and I don't have anymore autosaves from the mission. I do not feel like going through that entire mission again.
