Bug! stuck in quest "Rumors of the Sulevin Blade"

I had this problem too on my first playthrough as a warrior - used charging bull and fell into the hole. Loading an old save before the fight didn't worked either. I have to use an older save - before acquiring the mission - and play it over again.
