Bug? Way of the Knight Enchanter tome

Question

Ok so I have the wisps, metal, and the way of the knight enchanter book from the merchant. BUT when I go to make the hilt the game says I don't have the book and the book won't spawn near the party member. I look in my codex and it says its unlocked but im not sure how to get the book back or when and if the book next to the mage will spawn after a set of events? Any help would be great.&nbsp;

I read the Tome but it didn't unlock, I have everything but this Tome now. It is not on the merchant and it will not appear as clickable next to Vivienne. This is crazy, I'm not gonna go back and do it all again! I had to roll back to recruit Viv and I don't want to have to roll back all over again. This is madness.
