Hi everyone, my arcane warrior can't use anymore the spell "combat magic", if i try to activate it, simply nothing happens, it seems like the spell is always active but i don't receive any kind of buff (like the attack or defence buff). do you know a way to fix it?

I'm playing on pc with the origin version, and i haven't any mod installed, waht do you mean with repair/verify the game?
Edit: i tried to repair the game by origin, but nothing has changed
Edit: i tried to remove and then add the spell with cheats and i also tried to respec but the spell doesn't work yet
