Camera Angle in Dragon Age Inquisition

When can a patch be expected for adjusting the camera angle in Dragon Age: Inquisition?

I am playing this game on my PC and during some fights or when trying to close some of the rifts one is unable to see ahead, thus you can't see the enemies to target them or target a rift to close it.  Sometimes when a spell key is selected the game goes into tactical mode and the camera gives an overhead view and when one trries to get out of tactical mode the camera does not revert to look ahead view.  This causes my character to die constantly since the enemies can't be seen, my character sometimes walked into walls, trees and so forth.  This is absolutely annoying.  My GPU is NVIDIA GTX 780 and the drivers are up to date.
