Camera Locked in single player.

I got about 2 hours in to Dragon Age Inquisition and suddely the camera is completely locked behind me. Its completely unplayable now as the right stick doesnt move the camera at all anymore. Even when you turn around, the camera stays locked in the same direction. Again, its completely 100% unplayable in this manner. I spent an hour customizing all of my character's facial traits and really don't want to have to go through all of that again. I looked everywhere online and i can't find anything regarding this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

By the way, I shut down the console and loaded the game back up and its still happening. It actually made me think my controller was broken, but its working fine in all of my other games. Its definitely a Dragon Age problem.
