Camera Spin Issue

Whenever I drag the mouse to reorient the camera and the mouse reaches the edge of the screen this causes the camera to spin around until I release the mouse button.  My DAI us updated to the latest version.  I am using a standard Logitech M510 mouse.  The only unusual part is that I have a dual monitor setup.

I have tried different display and gameplay settings, but still the issue persists.  While it does not make the game unplayable, it is annoying and does impact the game in enough ways that I'd rather not play it.

Please let me know if anyone has found a solution for this.  I did see that there is a thread where someone with a Razer Naga mouse had issues, and he reinstalled the drivers and everything worked.  With the Logitech mouse the drivers are the standard windows drivers and nothing special.
