Can I play DA:I offline on a PC?

Sometimes my internet connection is wonky and I'd like to know if I can play offline, and how.  If someone has answered it can you point me to the answer? I looked everywhere.  Thanks.

    Single player, YES.

    Go off line in the Origin pull down menue, but to get back on-line, go to to the middle top of the browser, to the right of the "OFF LINE MODE" notification. NOT in the pull down menues.

I'm confused. The only way to play offline is to FIRST login to Origin?

Yeah, I'm confused here as well. I've been having internet outages here and I can't seem to be able to launch DA:I without having to log into Origins. In DA2 and DA:O not internet connection would still let me play singleplayer.
