Contact an EA Game Advisor, they may be able to provide you with a download code so you can play without using a disc.

Thnks for your guidance.
I've been up to these steps today and still continue. Have no answer yet. I was hoping to get a strict resolve in this forum.
I'll come back with a feedback anyway.

No need to contact anyone.
Just log-on to EA/Origin using the same account you used to register the game,
then choose "Origin -> Redeem product code" from the top-line menu.
Enter your product code/CD-key and download/install.
Voilá! DAO without needing the disc.

I redeemed some code in the beginning, guess it was for DLCs. But it didn't help with my problem, Though dlcs now downloaded and installed.
I just used DaemonTools.... So I guess I am ok with it for now, because it worked.
Thank you friend.
And yes, to get an actual contact with EA is sooooo hard.

Thanks ThandaINLyman!
Had the itchin to restart a new DAO campaign but could not locate the disc anywhere. Had purchased this game on release, had the manual with the registration code but no disk. Gave up....looked for disk....gave up for a few weeks more....looked for disk.... etc. etc.
Finally I came upon this thread and your post. Put my code in and it's downloading now!
This should keep me occupied for my Dragons Age fix until Inquisition is released!!

Hello, ThandalNLyman.
Probably I got you wrong or I messed up some things.
I had a CD with DAO Ultimate Edition in my hands. I directly installed from CD and when it asked for a CD key during installation I entered it (4*5 digits).
Then I went to social.bioware.com , entered my account, and there I clicked on my games and registered and bound this game to my actual account at social.bioware.com . Then I redeemed A promo code for this game (4*4 digits) on that very site. It Accepted. Everything looked smooth. But keeps asking for CD if it's not in DVD-ROM.
As you suggested I tried to redeem product code on the Origin Account. Origin.com accepted game CD/Key, So I got it registered again. Though I couldn't make it accept promo code for additional content : was saying it's already been used. I got confused.
Probably, I should've all started at origins.com.
Game plays well with all Ultimate edition Content included while CD inserted and Daemon tools. But when dismounting the disc it keeps asking for it.
You mentioned dowload/install - what else I should download and from what link? I am missing something.
Thank you again. Sorry for a lot of typing.

You have to do a complete un-/re-install of the entire game and all DLC using the EA/Origin download process (plus the BSN process for some of the DLC.) Total of 24GB for the complete Ultimate Edition.
But once you've got the game installed via the download, you don't need the disc any more!
