Can I upgrade to Dragon Age Inquisition Deluxe edition from my regular edition?

Long story short, was out running errands and stopped by GameStop to pick up DA:I Deluxe Edition...they were not releasing any Deluxe copies until *ALL* their pre-orders (regular and deluxe) had picked up. They were keeping thge Deluxe Editions in case the regular edition pre-orders wanted a deluxe edition.

Ugh...picked up the standard version and want to know can I upgrade it to Deluxe edition?
