Can you help me? About Quest "Gold Galla"
Who is telling you to kill the Golden Halla? You're not supposed to kill it. You're supposed to find it and then lead it back to the Clan's camp site. They want to save it from being killed by soldiers. Best to use a horse, mount and head to its location. Then while on horseback, ride near it, steering it towards the campsite. Once it gets there, you'll get a notification to speak with the guy again and end the quest.
To gain favor with the Dalish and get the keeper to let that guy join the Inquisition, you need to do several things. One is to find and bring back the Golden Halla (alive!). Another is to fill up the box near that woman who tells you that they're running low on supplies (Iron, Spindleweed, Canine Leather, Great Bear Hides). Another is to find out what happened to that other woman's brother. Bring back his belongings and find the amulet he was looking for. Return them to her for additional favor. And lastly, get rid of the demons in the sacred burial grounds at Val Bellanaris. Don't break open the graves. He has someone watching you and they'll know if you desecrate the burial site.
If you want the parts of the key you get from looting the graves, wait until after you finish gaining their favor (halla, brother, supplies, amulet, tell keeper burial site is demon-free) and get him to allow that guy to join the Inquisition.Then you can go back to the burial site, loot all the graves for the key and open the tomb for some loot and a mosaic piece.
