Can you make EGS DA:I Available on GeforceNOW?

According to Nvidia, adding a game to Geforce NOW is free, and both the support of EGS and Geforce NOW pointed out that EA as the publisher is responsible for the decision.

It is an almost 10 year old game, and is already available on Geforce NOW through EA App and Steam. So why not add EGS as well?
