cannot access rune crafting
the game skipped the rune crafting segment so now i cannot craft runes. it wont even let me access the table. no prompe comes up when i step next to it.

Once you reach Skyhold Keep, there will be a mission in the War Room (Ferelden Side of the map) that is for Acquiring an Arcanist.
I just recently did that, and now have an Arcanist in the undercroft of Skyhold.
And I now have the option to make Runes.
