Cannot access to Dragon Age Keep by any means

First, let me say that I tried all the workarounds listed in the FAQs and Answers HQ before posting this. I deleted browser histories and cookies, tried Incognito mode and other browsers, deleted Appdata and ProgramData related folders-- But none of them allowed me to edit my Tapestry in Dragon Age Keep. The webpage just keeps giving me an "Oops! An Error Occurred" message on every attempts. There seems to be a problem with my account itself. Please help.
