Cannot Complete Way of the reaver quest
I cannot complete this quest the book never appears and I can't buy it in the bookstore in Val Royeax.

Ok I figured it out. It's a bit of a bug, but you can get past it. If you have the book in your codex and the three primers, go ahead and craft the item you need at the quartermaster. Once it's crafted it will register the book in your inventory and you'll complete the quest. Happy hunting.
